AMLA GINGER JAM RECIPE

Preparation Time: 10 mins.
Cooking Time: 25 mins.
Makes 1 cup

Ingredients

300 gms sugar
200 gms grated amla
1/2 cup ginger juice
1 tsp cardamon powder (elaichi)
5-7 strands of saffron

Method

1. In a heated pan, add sugar & water to cover the sugar.
2. Once the sugar melts, ginger juice.
3. Once it starts boiling & little thick add grated amala.
4. Mix properly & cook until thick on a medium flame.
5. Cook until pulpy, take off from the flame.
6. Add cardamon powder & saffron.
7. Mix properly & bring it to the room temperature.
8. Store in an air-tight jar.
