Chinese Idli Recipe

Preparation Time: 15 mins.
Cooking Time: 20 mins.
Makes 2 servings

Ingredients

2 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
8-10 curry leaves
1 small sliced onions
1 bowl shrreded cabbage
1/2 bowl sliced french beans
1 shredded carrot
1 bowl shredded capsicum
salt to taste
1/2 tsp pepper powder
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tsp green chilli sauce
1/2 tsp vinegar
1/2 tsp soya sauce
1 tbsp chopped coriander

Method

1. Heat the oil in a pan.
2. Add mustard seeds and once it crackles add curry leaves.
3. Add onion & saute on a high flame until light brown.
4. Add cabbage, beans, carrot and capsicum.
5. saute for 2 mins and add idlis, salt, pepper powder,
tomato ketchup, green chili sauce, vinegar and saoya sauce.
6. Mix properly and allow it cook for 5 mins on a medium flame.
7. Add coriander and serve hot.
