GREEN GRAVY PASTA RECIPE

Preparation Time: 10 mins.
Cooking Time: 15 mins.
Makes 2 servings

Ingredients

2 tbsp oil
2 tsp chopped green chilies
2 tsp chopped garlic
1 sliced onion
5-6 chopped par boiled baby corn
1/2 cup boiled sweet corns
3 tbsp tomato puree
2 tbsp maynnaise
2 1/2 tbsp spinach puree
salt to taste
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 bowl maccroni
1/2 cube grated cheese
1 tsp mixed herbs
1 tsp oregano

Method

1. Heat & bring the oil to smoke.
2. Add chili & saute for 20 mins.
3. Add garlic & saute until golden brown.
4. Add onion & saute until golden brown.
5. Add baby corns, corns & saute for 30 seconds.
6. Add tomato puree & mix properly.
7. Add mayannaise & spinach puree.
8. Add salt, pepper & 2 tbsp water & mix properly.
9. Add lemon juice & cook for 2-3 mins.
10. Add pasta, mix & cook for 2 mins.
11. Add cheese, herbs, oregano, mix & serve hot with sour cream & grated cheese.
