KANDA BHAJJI PAV RECIPE

Preparation Time: 10 mins.
Cooking Time: 15 mins.
Makes 4 servings

Ingredients

For kanda bhajji
2 thinly sliced kanda
1 1/2 tbsp red chili powder
a pinch of turmeric
1 tbsp roaste coriander powder
salt to taste
1/2 cup gram flour

Other ingredients
4 bread buns
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp green chutney (without sugar)
2 tbsp dry lasan chutney
4 fried green chilies

Method

For kanda bhajji
1. In a bowl, mix kanda & spices properly.
2. Add gram flour gradually in it.
3. Deep fry bhajji until golden brown.

How to proceed

1. Cut the buns into half & spread butter.
2. Spread green chutney & dry lasan chutney over it.
3. Put bhajji & chili in between & press.
4. Serve with onions & green chutney.
