Millet Paratha Recipe

Makes 4 servings
Ingredients
1 cup millet flour (Jowar)
2 tbsp rice flour
2 tbsp wheat flour
2 tbsp curd
1 tbsp fresh cream
2 tsp sesame seeds (til)
1 tbsp chopped coriander
salt to taste
1/4 tsp chopped garlic
1 tsp ginger-chilli-garlic paste
1 tsp lilu lasan (garlic shoots)
2 tbsp spring onion
1 tsp oil
1/4 tsp turmeric
Method
1. For best result, prepare the dough using warm water.
2. Mix all the ingredients and prepare paratha dough.
3. Knead the dough properly for 2 minutes.
4. Divide the dough into equal parts.
5. Roll into medium thick paratha using hand.
6. Cook on both the sides using little oil.
7. Sprinkle grated cheese over the paratha.
8. And let it melt over the paratha.
9. Serve hot paratha with any curry or curd.
