stuffed nachos recipe


Preparation Time: 10 mins.
Cooking Time: 15 mins.
Makes 2 servings


For nachos dough
1/2 cup corn flour
1/4 cup plain flour
salt to taste
1/4 tsp ajwain
1/4 tsp pepper powder
1 tsp chili flakes
1 tsp oil

For stuffing
1 cup crushed corn balls
2 tbsp fried spinach
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp mexican seasoning

For vege cheese sauce
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp chopped garlic
2 tbsp chopped onion
1 tbsp par boiled carrot
1 tbsp boiled sweet corn
1 tbsp chopped capsicum
1/2 cup white sauce
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp mexican seasoning
1/4 tsp pepper powder
1 tsp chili flakes
1 tbsp fresh cream
1/2 cube grated cheese


For stuffing & nachos

1. For stuffing mix all the ingredients & keep aside.
2. FOr nachos dough, mix all the ingredients & make a stiff dough.
3. With dry flour roll out in a roti.
4. Cut into triangle shape.
5. Fill in 1 tsp stuffing in between.
6. Make the edges wet with water & fold & seal the edges properly with fork.
7. Deep fry the nachos on a medium flame until light brown.
8. Serve with vege cheese sauce.

For sauce
1. For sauce, heat butter in a pan.
2. Add garlic, onion & saute for 20 seconds.
3. Add all vegetables & saute until crunchy.
4. Add white sacue, all seasonings, cream & 1/4 cup water.
5. Add cheese & mix properly.
6. Cook for a minute & transfer in a bowl.
