Preparation Time: 15 mins.
Makes 1 cup
125 gms seasame seeds (white til)
50 gms split bengal gram (chana dal)
1 tbsp vinegar
4 tbsp curds
2 cloves garlic
2 green chillies
1 tsp oil
salt to taste
1. Roast til and chana dal seperately.
2. Grind them together in a grinder.
3. Add the remaining ingredients and grind to make a smooth paste.
4. Sprinkle red chili powder, roasted cumin seeds powder, coriander & 1 tsp of oil.
