THAI HONEY VEGETABLES RECIPE

Makes 2 servings

Ingredients

1 finger cut potatoes
100 gms finger cut paneer
4-5 boiled baby corns
3 tbsp corn flour

For sacue
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp chopped garlic
1 1/2 tsp red thai paste
1 1/2 tsp tomato ketchup
2 tsp honey
4-5 drops tabasco sauce
1 tsp pepper powder
salt to taste

Method

1. Coat potatoes, paneer & corn with corn flour.
2. Deep fry until golden brown on a medium flame.
3. Sprinkle salt & pepper powder over it.
4. For sauce, heat the oil & saute garlic.
5. Add thai paste, ketchup, honey, tabasco sacue.
6. Add pepper, salt & saute fpr 40 seconds.
7. Add fried potatoes, paneer & corns.
8. Coat properly & turn off the flame.
9. Garnish with pepper powder, stripped capsicums.
