Vitamin Bhel Recipe

As the names say, vitamin bhel is full of  different types of vegetables, fruits, kurmure and of course green chutney and khajur imli chutney to make it healthy and more tastier.

Preparation Time: 20 mins.
Cooking Time: 20 mins.
Makes 2 servings

Ingredients

1 big bowl kurmure (mamra / puffed rice)
1 cup finely chopped onion (optional)
1 cup finely chopped tomatoes
1 boiled & diced potato
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
salt to taste
1/2 cup boiled peas
1/2 cup chopped apples
1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 grated carrot
2 tbsp green chutney
2 tbsp khajur-imli chutney

Method

1. Mix all the ingredients properly.
2. Garnish it with coriander and sev.
2. Nutritious vitamin bhel is ready to eat.
