Gazpacho Soup Recipe

Preparation Time: 10 mins.
Marination Time: 2-3 hours
Makes 2 servings


2 big sized chopped tomatoes
1/2 diced cucumber
1/2 diced capsicum
1/4 diced onion
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1/2 tsp chopped garlic
2 tsp olive oil
2 slice bread pieces
3/4 cup fresh tomato pulp
1/2 tsp sugar
salt to taste
1 tsp white wine vinegar
1 tsp worcestershire sauce

Other ingredeints

1 tbsp chopped parsley
1/4 tsp tabasco sauce
1 tsp lemon juice


1. Mix all the ingredients properly in a bowl.
2. Refrigerate it to marinate for 2-3 hours.
3. Add parsley, Tabasco sauce and lemon juice in it.
4. Grind the mixture to make a smooth purée.
5. Pour in a serving bowl.
6. Garnish it with 2 tbsp chopped tomoato, onion, capsicum and cucumber.
7. Garnish it with herb or basil oil on the top.
