ITALIAN NOODLES WITH BUTTER VEGETABLES RECIPE

Cooking Time: 15 mins
Makes 2 servings

Ingredients

For sauce
1 tsp butter
2-3 cinnamon sticks
2 whloe dry red kashmiri chilies
2 diced capsicums
3 chopped tomatoes
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp chili flakes
2 tsp sugar
salt to taste
1 cup water
2 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tbsp chili sacue
1/2 tsp chili flakes
1/4 tsp oregano
salt for noodles
1 packet instant atta noodles

For butter vegetables
1 tbsp butter
1/2 diced red capsicum
1/2 diced green capsicum
salt to taste
1/4 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp chili flakes
1/2 cup par boiled cauliflower
2 tbsp par boiled sweet corns

Method

For sauce
1. Heat the butter in a pressure cooker.
2. Add cinnamon sticks, chilies & capsicum.
3. Saute for 30 seconds & add tomatoes.
4. Add all seasonings, water & mix.
5. Pressure cook for 1 whistle.
6. Blend the mixture & add water if required.
7. Strain the sacue in a bowl.
8. Take the mixture in a pan & bring it to a boil.
9. Add ketchup, chili sacue, chili flakes, oregano & salt.
10. Add noodles & cook until noodles are cooked.

For butter vegetables
1. Saute capsicum in butter.
2. Add salt, oregano, chili flakes & vegetables.
3. Stir fry for a minute & turn off the flame.

How to proceed

1. Serve noodles with vegetables.
2. Garnish with cheese.
