NUTTIE HEART RECIPE

Preparation Time: 10 mins.
Bakking Time: 25 mins
Makes 10 servings

Ingredients

175 gms salted butter
75 gms icing sugar
2 tbsp cocoa powder
225 gms plain flour (maida)
a pinch of soda-bi-carb
1-2 tbsp milk
3 tbsp butter scotch crunchs

Method

1. Seive sugar & beat butter & sugar for 5 mins.
2. Add cocoa powder & mix properly.
3. Add flour, soda & mix properly.
4. Add milk to make piping consistency.
5. Fill in the piping bag with big star nozzle.
6. Make hearts using the piping bag.
7. Press butter scotch balls over the hearts.
8. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180 C for 25 mins.
