Preparation Time: 15 mins.

Baking Time: 35 mins.
Makes 6 servings.


For pie shell dough

15 crushed sweet biscuit
5 tbsp melted butter
1/2 cup crushed hazelnuts
2 drops hazelnut essence
1/4 cup cocoa powder
5 tbsp icing sugar

For filling

200 gms dark chocolate
200 gms single cream
1 cup thick custard (1 cup milk + 2 tbsp custard powder + 2 tbsp sugar)
1/2 tsp baking powder
4 drops hazelnut essence

For chocolate truffle

60 gms single cream
40 gms white chocolate
20 gms milk chocolate
1 tbsp honey

For garnishing

whipped cream
chocolate sauce


1. For pie crush, mix all the ingredients properly.
2. Add 1-2 tbsp water to make stiff water.
3. Take a greased loose bottom pie mould & spread dough in it.
4. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 150 C for 10 minutes.
5. Microwave cream & chocolate for 1 minute, check after 30 seconds.
6. Mix it properly.
7. Mix all other ingredients & mix properly.
8. Pour this filling in baked pie.
9. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 220 C for 20-25 minutes.
10. Make chocolate truffle by mixing all ingredients well.
11. Spread chocolate truffle over the pie.
12. Garnish it with whipped cream & chocolate sauce.
13. Refrigerate it for 2 hours.
14. Serve chilled.
